11. Australian consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The new “Effective date” will indicate when updates apply. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
